“1) Competent, responsible, understanding and kind staff and management. They will listen to any valid concerns you have and take action to fix the problem 2) App-enabled cameras in classrooms and playground 3) Clean facility, sensible policies 4) Great communication - daily/weekly child report and pics 5) In advance notice of possible closures due to weather, updates etc. One point: If it can be ensured that the enrollment agreement signed in September each year contains an accurate holiday list for the upcoming year ( i.e. to next Sep ), it makes vacation planning easier. Currently the holidays list shows only current year which has already passed till Sep.”
